You are a strong communicator, enjoy dealing with customers and are experienced in using common office software (good Microsoft Office knowledge is a basic requirement).
As an office worker, you will support and advise our customers (B2B & B2C) competently and friendly - also in English, write offers, accept orders and take care of the smooth processing of orders. You act as an interface to our factory management. You are responsible for the creation and sending of invoices as well as for general administrative tasks, such as data maintenance and management. You will also support the team in organizational and coordination tasks and receive and advise our customers in our boutique store.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining and optimizing our online shop. You are responsible for our newsletter management and show commitment in the area of public relations. In addition, you are responsible for creating creative content for our online platforms. Ideally, you have knowledge of InDesign in order to create graphically and textually appealing content and layouts. Videographic knowledge is also welcome.
